More stuff by Mikael. His sister Anna-Karin who helped out here is quite a skilled artist in her own right, perhaps best known for her naturalistic paintings of animals.

Our bipolar couple are Carnak and Denim, from the Swedish self-published comic The Adventures of Carnak & Denim that Mikael was the writer for; Deadline Comics published parts of it in English years later. The two also appeared in one of my own strips that will be uploaded here eventually.

This happens to be the only time the two characters have been seen kissing, albeit out of picture (’puss puss’ = ”kiss kiss”).  Their own comic sometimes hinted at them being lovers but nothing was shown or stated outright.
