And off we go!  The first strip uploaded here was also the first strip that met the readers of Fenix magazine back in 2004 (see About), though it was actually drawn three years earlier. I think it's a nice introduction to the character – and to his way of speaking.

The kingdom in the king's ”princess and half the kingdom” balloon is a simplified map of Sweden, which was of course obvious to the people that bought the magazine. I didn't really see anything I could edit it into to make the meaning clearer for international readers.

The first three strips (the ones from the Fenix premiere issue) are slightly smaller than later ones, hence the wide white margins. Bernard will be a bit thicker in a few weeks.
