I chose not to translate this strip as that would require surgery on the actual panels. It's pretty self-explanatory, but just in case:

Johan is a prominent creator of comics, newspaper cartoons and children's books – perhaps best known outside of Sweden for his used-to-be-a-webcomic Rock Manlyfist.  The look of this particular strip is not all that representative of his usual Peter Bagge-ish style, but it's a fine homage to his love of schlocky action movies. Yeah, I imagine Seagal circa 2012, in a tiny loincloth, could portray Bernard's abundant tremendous physique pretty well.
