Everybody now, balls to the wall…

The Fenix editors and myself had just finished a run as hired staffers on a gaming periodical with very strict policies against any potentially offensive stuff, and when they started Fenix they insisted that we put this one in the premiere issue.

This strip has the first appearance of the bald bartender. Other people may be seen again once or twice, and there are various similar-looking stock characters, but the bartender is the comic's only actual recurring character besides Bernard.

Each issue of Fenix ran two normal (single row) strips and a double-size one, so every third strip that's uploaded here will be in this format.
